Winter Skin Tips for the Family

I still vividly remember the feel of my skin when Vermont winter would roll in just in time of my birthday each year. As a child I would itch my legs and lotion up my lips going my cold outdoors to the heat of the furnace each day. The dry skin battle was real and it is no wonder my career path would lead me to creating the richest, thickest lotion solutions. 

Regardless of where you live, most people at some point say hello sweater weather and simultaneously welcome the onslaught of dry, itchy skin for the entire family ❄️

BOOST your skin’s health this winter with the following #washwithwater tips:
•use a daily rich moisturizer like Plant Body Butter
•eat a diet of walnuts, olive oil, and avocados to boost healthy fat in your diet
•don’t overdo it with alcohol, caffeine, and coffee as this can dry out skin
•drink plenty of water (washie tip: take your weight and divide it by 2 and that is how many ounces you should be drinking daily)
