The key here is to prepare your oats before bed. Pour 1 cup of nonfat milk (oat milk or almond milk) over 2/3 cup rolled oats and stir in 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Store in a covered food container and let sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts and your fruit of choice ex: a small apple (chopped) or handful of berries. I also love to add cacao nibs for some extra antioxidant power.
